We understand that change is often most effective through grassroots movements in our communities. By connecting with our communities, and understanding their challenges, we can work together to solve local and global sustainability challenges.

We are committed to advancing our understanding of sustainability issues and the challenges of the communities we work within. We are also committed to being open-minded and seeking out diverse perspectives. We believe that adding more diverse voices to our team will result in a stronger team and organization.
